I have created which use multiple workflow and which agent, is there anyway or tool where we can overview about functionality
workflow have three parts 1. session and project and analysis
user will prompt : Hi what are action you can perform,
expected answer: I can work on session and project and provide analysis

Agents are individual AI workers, Teams are groups of agents collaborating, and Workflows are orchestrated sequences that combine agents, teams, and functions into a controlled process. In your case, you can configure the top-level workflow (Session + Project + Analysis) to respond to a user with: *“I can work on sessions, manage projects, and provide analysis.”
